Please join me in welcoming Chef Junjun de Guzman to Ratified.org! I first met the chef when I took bread making classes at the Center for Asian Culinary Studies (CACS) last year. A few months after, he contacted my cousin Ria and expressed interest in putting up his own blog. We gladly helped him set it up and lo and behold … ChefJunjun.com is born!
In his blog, the chef shares his adventures in cooking and dining around the country and hopes you’ll be a part of it too.
